“Full Life” NGO, dedicated to promoting an inclusive society, has successfully completed the Organizational Model Innovation (OMI) Plan program, which was aimed at strengthening the organization’s capacities and fostering inclusivity. As a result of this program, the organization’s 2025-2030 strategic plan has been developed.
During the program, with the involvement of experts and the active participation of partners, staff, and beneficiaries, the organization’s management, internal control, and accountability procedures were reviewed and reinforced. A new monitoring and evaluation system has been developed, which also incorporates feedback mechanisms from beneficiaries.
It is worth noting that one of the key achievements of the program is the creation of our technically modernized new website, which complies with the international WCAG 2.0 AAA web accessibility standards. The website ensures greater accessibility and transparency for all visitors.
