FILL OUR FUTURE WITH COLOR BY OUR OWN HANDS
Stepanavan central square was crowded on the 1st of June. A celebration of the Children Protection International Day has been held there and gathered together children from Stepanavan town and rural communities of the region. The square was decorated with balloons, colorful posters bearing various slogans: “May the flight apropos to eagles be hallowed”, “Carefree laughter of a child is the most cheerful music”, “We are all equal”, etc. The even has been organized by the “Full Life” NGO and Stepanavan’s Center of Art and Creativity within the frames of “DPO Strengthening for Greater Outreach” program funded by USAID and World Vision Armenia.
During the event children brass band and chorus of the Center presented several performances. The chief specialist of the municipality’s Department of Education, Culture and Sport Mrs. Elia Simonyan hold a speech on the importance and the history of the day. She also mentioned that the importance and achievement s of the Center’s brass band conductor
