“LIARZHEK KYANK” (Full Life) is an NGO with social direction. It was found in July 17,1998 as a result of civil initiative, a little later other professionals and devotes join it .In past times the organization had consistent activity for the weak soups of society, especially it protect the rights of disable people and includes them into social life. The organization works based on the company charter which has state registration and is affirmed by the general meeting. The organization doesn’t have any political or religious direction.
